1) If a Community Member has posted their calendar of availability then you will find a green button "Schedule A Call" next to their photo. Click on that and you can review their calendar.
2) If you find a time that meets your needs you can request a meeting and optionally send them a note.
3) If the person you want to connect with accepts the meeting request you will receive an email indicating that. If they turn down the request you will receive a different email indicating that and it may include an optional personal note by that person explaining why they are not accepting the request.
4) One hour prior to your schedule meeting, both you and the person you will be meeting with will receive an email reminding each of you of the upcoming meeting.
